Magda Chodup is a PhD student in the research project NRP77 "Open Justice vs. Privacy" at the Center for Public Management at the University of Bern. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Zurich with a Master's degree in Law. She also completed a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Journalism and Social Communication degree at the University of Warsaw. After completing her studies, she worked at the Swiss federal government (Federal Department of Finance) in the field of public procurement as a lawyer. During this time she also completed a CAS "Sustainable Development" at the University of Bern.
Her areas of research interests include: data protection, sustainable development, general administrative law and public procurement law.
