Wolf Linder, professor emeritus, studied political science and law. Together with his colleagues Ulrich Zimmerli and Norbert Thom, Linder was initiator and co-founder of the Center of Public Management. As a director of the Institute of Political Science until 2009, he was Member of the Board and of the Program Committee, and lecturer in the MPA program.
