Evaluation COVID Crisis Management
In cooperation with external partners, the KPM analyzed, among other things, crisis prevention and management in the crisis of the Canton of Zurich and for the Conference of Cantonal Governments (KdK). Assessments included risk analysis and preparedness planning, crisis management organization, ensuring administrative operations in the sense of continuity management, crisis communication and coordination between the federal levels.
